About the Day:

  • Date: January 18th, 2025
  • Location: Townsville Stadium (previously Townsville RSL Stadium)
  • Address: 40-48 Murray Lyons Crescent, Annandale, QLD 4811
  • Time & Draw: To be confirmed. Please prepare to start around 8:30-9:00 AM.
  • What to bring: All teams are required to supply their own bibs + a scorer at times.  Please bring enough food, water & whatever else you think you may need for the day.  Only water is allowed within the courts & all food is to be consumed in the main foyers.

Registration Fees:

  • Early Bird Offer (Now - Dec 1): $45/player
  • From Dec 2 onwards: $50/player

Event Highlights:

  • Air-conditioned courts on boards.
  • Indoor courts, outdoor netball rules.
  • Rolling subs.
  • Umpires supplied.
  • Sports trainer/first aide.
  • Recovery Lab will be setting up for post game recovery.
  • Minimum 4 games + play-offs.
  • After-party - TBC.

  • Once signed up, you will receive a sign up email.  Click "custom" & it will download a pdf.  You will find information regarding the day ++ your waiver.  You waiver can be filled out on your mobile.  Please take the time to read through the PDF.
  • Draw will be released in January.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How many to make a team? It is completely up to you.
  • What if we're a couple of players short of a team? That's completely fine. Shoot us an email with how many players you need, as we have both individuals and teams joining, and there should be plenty of people to join in on the fun.
  • When do registrations close? Registrations will close on January 1st if the round-robin hasn't reached capacity earlier.
  • How do we pay? Click the link to sign up.
  • When are payments due? The early bird rate ends on December 1st. To receive the discount, payment must be made by then. All other payments are due 3 weeks before the event.
  • Who makes the payment? Payment can be done individually or the team organizer can make one payment for everyone.  Just adjust your cart to how many players are in your team.
  • Are there refunds? Unfortunately, no refunds can be made. If you have someone drop out or is sick, you are more than welcome to replace them.
