Welcome to ForMe Netball Coaching's Pre-Season Training Program—an essential step in cultivating young champions on the netball court! While pre-season is commonly associated with developing fitness, our program goes beyond that—it's about honing skills, building camaraderie, and fostering a confident mindset at a young age. Our carefully curated program is designed to give young athletes the competitive edge they need to outperform the competition.  Specific for 2024 netball players.

The program covers a comprehensive range of training modules, including plyometrics for strength, speed, and agility drills to enhance on-court performance, and specialized pre-season skills sessions to fine-tune individual abilities.

Dates: 7th Feb, 14th Feb, 21st Feb & 28th Feb.

Time: 4:45-5:45pm

Cost $60 for the entire clinic or $20 for a single session.

Location: Townsville Stadium. The indoors setting ensures training takes place rain or shine.

Age: 8 years to 13 years old.

1. Registration for the ForMe Netball Coaching Netball Clinic is considered final and unfortunately non-refundable.
2. ForMe Netball Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
